We offer Iyengar Yoga classes, Health Coaching, Sound Therapy, Sound Bath, Reflexology, Holistic Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Soft Tissue Release, Myofascial Release, Cupping, Pregnancy Massage, Indian Head Massage and Natural Reflexology Facelift.

Iyengar Yoga

Yoga classes run in 6 week courses & pay as you go. 6 week course €90 or €18/class. Lunch time yoga 45 min 6 week course €75 or €15/class.

Also offering private and corporate.

Sound Therapy

Individual sound therapy sessions, where Tibetan singing bowls are placed on and off the body for your specific needs. €70 for 1 hour.

Sound Bath session, both private and groups. Price on request.

Group Sound Bath €25/person is twice a month.

It's in Bell tent in Eadestown. Dates as follow:

June Sunday 22nd 11.30am & Friday 27th 8pm (more dates will follow)
