Iyengar Yoga

Yoga classes run in 6 week courses & pay as you go. 6 week course €90 or €18/class. Lunch time yoga 45 min 6 week course €75 or €15/class.

Health Coaching

3 & 6 months programs tailored to your specific needs. Once off sessions also available. Price on request.
