Sound Bath

Sound Bath is a group session where you are emerge in sound. Its relaxing and will reduce any stress you may carry.

During the summer I have the Sound Bath in a Bell Tent this will bring us closer to nature and add sound s of the birds and nature. In the autumn/winter the Sound bath will be indoors in Naas & Blessington.

Private groups are also welcome yiu can chose the location, price and details will be sent on request.
